Well most important is the diet. Eat more protein and more carbs when you are working out. Next is working out itself. You should work your whole body out tbh, but specifically abdominal exercises to get them bigger. Your abs are like any other muscle in your body in that you will need to stimulate them with weights to get them bigger. Google weighted abdominal exercises. Last is make sure you sleep. Nine hours is golden eight is good. Sleep is when your muscles actually grow (the break down during the day and at the end of the night). To prevent them from breaking down at end of night- eat cottage cheese and drink a little milk. This type of protein takes longer to break down and will keep you anabolic all night. You could wake up in the middle of the night and drink a protein shake too... Supplements are not going to give you magical results, but protein powder will help for sure. Creatine will help too, but its not a big deal (those are the only two you would need and google best brands of each)... In this order from Important to least is eat, sleep, and workout... umm being serious ... start doing some weights ect lttle adn often adn graudally increase the wieght but make sure to keep your protein intakew up and eat regualary as well
You already have ab muscles; if you didn't, your mid section would be as limp as cooked spaghetti. What you need to do is get your BODY FAT low enough so that the muscles print against the thinner layer of skin above them.
The answer is CARDIO. you can't do "spot removal" of fat. you can't selectively remove fat. you have to reduce TOTAL body fat. This is only done by cardio and proper diet. it's a 50/50 blend of importance.
It's tough, but worth it!
They sell them at every convince store and grocery store. You have to be 21 though. =P
