I sneezed. -_-
I don't know if it's just the way I was sitting when it happened or what, but the sneeze completely threw out my back INSTANTLY. Like I literally couldn't walk for two weeks. Immediately after, I had shooting pains in my back, I couldn't get up or straighten my back, I had to ease my way from the chair to the floor and basically crawl to get to the phone to call my mom. I was home alone and she was at work and I was pretty much helpless, not to mention scared s.hitless because I didn't know what was wrong with me. By the time I could walk again two weeks later, I still walked hunched over like an old lady for about a week until I could stretch my back enough to start standing up normally. It was horrible, lol. Then of course it was just my luck that only a few weeks after that, I had appendicitis and had to go into surgery for that. =P

We all know how Martyfellow's back ended up hurting. Haha!
I was trying to escape a tickle attack from my boyfriend and ended up falling over the armrest of the sofa. Backwards. He caught my feet to try to "save" me (I'm highly suspicious and quite certain it was an attempt to attack my feet as well) and I sort of flopped over, hit my head, and my back popped rather unpleasantly.
Pilates.
It was my first class, and I wanted to keep up with all the attractive women in the classroom. The instructor came by every now and then to push and contort me into the correct posture. Two days later, I literally couldn't walk or stand up from a sitting position without looking like a hobbling old man.
Only hurt it once really, it was on an overhead squat, I almost failed, then corrected, and the correction pulled something. Bothered me for about a month after. In retrospect, should have just tossed the bar forward.

I got thrown off a pony in a ridiculous attempt to ride bareback on an animal that wasnt' trained for riding. The dive was beautiful, but I landed of my hip and hurt my back. He's only little tho, only 110 cm to the shoulder, lol.
Ps. yes I have vets permission to ride him.My friend did a cartwheel and smacked right into me, she kicked me hard and I was in tons of pain :)
