im sorry to hear you have hit a major plateau in weight loss but don't give up until you are happy with yourself! ill share some links I think are great for helping lead a healthy lifestyle and that has already had people with success stories so hopefully yours can be one of them. keep in mind it is not all about exercise and it is not all about nutrition/diet but it is the two in combination...make them work together to benefit you! also a tip; working out before you eat in the morning is a great time because you burn so much more fat and calories! good luck! here are the links: link link link link link link

Push yourself. Like extremely hard. Once you lose what you have to lose you can throttle down the work outs to maintain the body. There is no magic way to lose weight. You have to fight for it really hard. If your body doesn't change with the amount of exercise you are doing then you have to exercise more.
