NO it most certainly is not fat!
I'm 5' 3" and I weight about 140 right now, and that is a healthy weight.
guess what? if you want to lose weight, starving yourself might be fast initially, but your metabolism will adjust... it will burn calories a lot slower, and you will feel very tired. you will lose your shape, as your body burns muscle as well as fat. Also, you will not live very long, if you keep skipping eating like that. either you will get sick, and your immune system will not be strong enough to fight it off, or you will get some kind of complication from not eating.
So... maybe your just gonna do it for a little while till your "skinny" enough? bad idea. for this reason: not eating makes your body go into... "starvation mode"... whenever you DO eat, it will store it ALL as fat. And if you start eating normally again, for possibly months, your body will be storing away EVERYTHING as fat in preperation for another "starvation period". No joke. ask any doctor. You will gain anything and everything back and likely more, by starving yourself.
The best way to lose weight, is to eat healthy, and get enough excercise. As simple as that.

HONEY! Your weight is fine!I'm sure you're beautiful. I know a girl who had aneorexia and almost died. And throwing up will make your teeth gross. I'm 5'2 and weigh 120, and my friends tell me I'm too skinny. You're perfect! Try to go see a doctor because you could develop other eating problems by trying to starve yourself and make yourself throw up. PLEASE do not hate your body.
girl be careful you are exactly my height tho which is funny, do not make yourself sick your organs get damaged by your body natural chemicals because when you eat your stomach produces fluid to dissolve the food if you puke it up then your left with this fluid attacking the walls of your stomach plus shoving things down your throat will actually damage your voice and you could end up with a deep croaky voice and that's not sexy but , you need to stop thinking about it I'm 141 pounds but I'm really quite muscular but there's not much fat on me but I eat well three meals a day if not four,
I do think you have an eating disorder, or are starting to have one. I would STRONGLY recommend you seek professional counselling. Perhaps a school counselor would be non-intimidating and free.

That's not skinny, but it's not fat either. You seem to have an eating disorder. See a doctor.
