Is 65 inches and 129 ibs fat???

Sometimes I'm 127, sometimes 129, i feel fat tho,i lost much weight but I used to starve myself during a week and I did not eat anytn.Today was the first day I ate and I feel bad now.My stomatch hurts,What should I do,i don't wanna throw up anymore either...:( I'm so confused,im focusing at my weight too much...?

NO it most certainly is not fat!

I'm 5' 3" and I weight about 140 right now, and that is a healthy weight.

guess what? if you want to lose weight, starving yourself might be fast initially, but your metabolism will adjust... it will burn calories a lot slower, and you will feel very tired. you will lose your shape, as your body burns muscle as well as fat. Also, you will not live very long, if you keep skipping eating like that. either you will get sick, and your immune system will not be strong enough to fight it off, or you will get some kind of complication from not eating.

So... maybe your just gonna do it for a little while till your "skinny" enough? bad idea. for this reason: not eating makes your body go into... "starvation mode"... whenever you DO eat, it will store it ALL as fat. And if you start eating normally again, for possibly months, your body will be storing away EVERYTHING as fat in preperation for another "starvation period". No joke. ask any doctor. You will gain anything and everything back and likely more, by starving yourself.

The best way to lose weight, is to eat healthy, and get enough excercise. As simple as that.

Thx for the asnwer,it helps,i still throw up sometimes,if I eat too much,but I only eat a big breakfast and the rest of the day I drink tea.So maybe it will help,plus working out.

Aww hun just be careful, even eating just one meal a day isn't enough. I know its hard, but you already ARE at a good weight.

I'm 5'5' and maybe 127 lbs or a bit less.Id take care,it's just so hard with fighting with my own body.It's really important to me,it's my goal-atleast 116 lbs.

HONEY! Your weight is fine!I'm sure you're beautiful. I know a girl who had aneorexia and almost died. And throwing up will make your teeth gross. I'm 5'2 and weigh 120, and my friends tell me I'm too skinny. You're perfect! Try to go see a doctor because you could develop other eating problems by trying to starve yourself and make yourself throw up. PLEASE do not hate your body.

You're going to be just fine. I had a lot of emotional problems in middle school and high school dealing with my weight. If you just want a way to stay fit or get a little muscle you can just walk around the mall or take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Thanks :) I try to work out,jogging ,aerobic etc.But I'm also hungry because of that.

I throw up sometimes,but I know it's soooo unhealthy,so I wanna have more self control in the future.Im fine with my body,with weight,BUT I want to have a better shape,a better toned body,flat stomatch like I used to have many many years ago. :)

I understand that, most definatly. You should try yoga and belly dancing. It's fun and it's good for thebelly and thighs. So is salsa dancing. :)

girl be careful you are exactly my height tho which is funny, do not make yourself sick your organs get damaged by your body natural chemicals because when you eat your stomach produces fluid to dissolve the food if you puke it up then your left with this fluid attacking the walls of your stomach plus shoving things down your throat will actually damage your voice and you could end up with a deep croaky voice and that's not sexy but , you need to stop thinking about it I'm 141 pounds but I'm really quite muscular but there's not much fat on me but I eat well three meals a day if not four,

I do think you have an eating disorder, or are starting to have one. I would STRONGLY recommend you seek professional counselling. Perhaps a school counselor would be non-intimidating and free.

12 inches to a foot. 12 inches x 5 feet = 60 inches. 65 inches is 5'5''. also, you need to see a doctor, cause you have a bad eating disorder.

It's a generational thing, older people are much better at doing arithmetic in our heads. For the simple reason that we were born before calculators existed.

No. That is normal. It puts your BMI right in the bottom half of the normal category (21.5).
