What motivates you to eat healthy and exercise?

For me, it's partially because I want to perform well in sports and partially because I want to look good. ;) what are your reasons?

The better you keep your body healthy, the less acne and pimples you get. It also makes you feel good inside physically and emotionaly well in my opinion it does. That feeling of pride and acomplishment after you finish running a mile is priceless and eating a salad or an apple every now and then just makes a difference gradually. Yes I want to have a good figure, I don't want to be out of shape. Another reason why is because you can live longer with a healthier body, and I would like to live a long life :) it really just feels great when you take care of your body.

I did something kind of stupid but it helps. There were these expensive pants that I brought and I NEVER buy expensive pants but I loved them so much and I couldn't find something that looked similar for cheaper. I played on losing weight in the first place so I brought them two sizes smaller. Now, I can't fit them until I get to my goal weight. This has been my inspiration and so far so good =) So I guess clothes motivates me to lose weight. I want to look as hot as possible in what ever I am wearing lol.

For good looks to appear to have a good looking physique to others,but more importantly to be healthy . Sure all the chick's would love it if I look hot, but to me it's much more about then what's on the inside , what could happen if I were to stay healthy . I want to live life everyday without being tied to a bed because of sickness.

I need to exercise to remain competitive in martial art competitions, I also just exercise during training so its inevitable. Although if I did not do this I would still try to exercise because it makes me calm and feel at ease. Same with healthy food, it just makes me feel better and I actually like the taste of most healthy foods

To feel good internally and to look good on the outside, be healthy and plus skinny people fit into any kinds of clothes ;)

i know it may sound stupid but when I see a flat and well toned belly and great legs I look at them and tell myself . with some good exercise I can be like that too! :P Plus I would be able to get a tattoo and a navel piercing then! :D
