What motivates me is being able to go to my high school reunion and see all the other people who have let themselves go, and I still look the same as I did in high school :P
I know that sounds petty, but that is kind of how I feel.
Also being able to go to the beach and rock a bikini would be great. Don't know if that will ever happen, but I will at least look good in a one piece! :D I already kind of do, but why not strive to be more fit? :)
Another thing that motivates me is being able to be active. Once people get older they loose mobility, I am striving to stay mobile for a long time. I don't want to lose that because I didn't stay active.

Nothing ever tastes as good as skinny feels.
JUST KIDDING, bacon is too delicious for that statement to be true.
My motivation is really looking at myself and in the mirror, I also weigh myself regularly, and I know that if I don't keep up with my routines that number with go up.
Also, if you are having troubles eating healthy, google up what you're really eating and what it does to your body. Pink slim - Yucka! And a lot of mass produced foods your body can't even process correctly. Google is your friend, the more stuff you know, the less you'll want to eat it.
My body. I have one life. One body. Its my physical connection to this earth. Our bodies are so much more than we think. The ancient Greeks and other civilizations understood that and to them a beautiful healthy body was living breathing art and even idolized it.
So add that to feeling your best at all times and having more energy for things, if you give it a central place in your life it can even give you a positive outlook on life.
And its awesome when its summer and you know that you look greaaat.
Remembering weighing 305 pounds. I had to put my belt on my pants before I put the pants on. Couldn't cross my legs.
I was in the hospital for other reasons and the combination of reasonably-sized meals plus regular exercise (O, how I hated that!) I won't eat if you'll just stop the exercise. I got down to 220, but still need to drop 40 pounds. That 40 pounds just won't go away!
Also, getting exercise by walking the dog helps.

Myself! It makes me feel good physically,emotionally...I love going to the gym as funny as that sounds because I feel stronger and as though I've accomplished something when I sweat! I've never gone to the gym and regretted it, but I do regret days when I can't go or choose to skip! And eating healthy just makes sense! Some things sitting on grocery shelves could last years...doesn't exactly make me want to run out and buy them! I try to do the best I can...just remember you're not doing it only for the present but for your future...oughta help!
Usually when my clothes start to feel a bit tight, then I realize 'oh I've gained weight' and since I don't want to have to go out and buy a whole bunch of new clothes, I then try to modify my diet.
Another thing is if my skin acts up or my hair seems to not grow as fast. I tend to notice these things and I take ti to mean that I'm lacking various vitamins or minerals in my diet (I may or may not be correct) so usually will pop a daily supplement or Vitamin C.I exercise not only because it feels good going in, during, and after a workout, but I like the results I get from it as well. I feel really soothed when I'm in the gym. I wish I could do it more but alas, too much isn't a good thing.
And I eat healthy (read: properly) to support my work out sessions. Properly for me are foods that are high in protein and calories, rather than the opposite.I want to be able to be here, and be productive & useful, to my family. I do not want to be a burden to them. If you let yourself go, are a sick, frail, disabled person who cannot take care of yourself, then you burden your family or society financially, emotionally, and personally.
Not to mention, I have my pride...And my little dog. :DStomach pain after consuming something "unhealthy"
It's haunting me!
About exercise it's a will to be stronger.
It feels good being able to walk around a shady neighborhood without fear.Frequent stomach pain in the past. Not so much anymore because I stopped eating junk food. Best decision I have ever made.
Life, just think there are people out there who are not able to do normal things. (chronic ill). Your life alone should be your motivation!
Maintaining my weight, keeping a flat stomach ( I do it for the body).
Knowing that you're doing something good for your body and that in the end it will pay off and you'll feel better.
Originally to loose weight, but now I find the way I ate before physically sickening.
going to forever21, h&m and express and knwing how awesome it'd be to have a killer body to rock all those clothes
Girls...I want to impress them.
