- Have enough sleep and don't stay awake until a late hour at night.
- Examine your eyes regularly to see if there's any change in the visual acuity. (Every 6 months)
- You should go to the doctor (a neurologist) to discover the reason of the frequent headaches.
- Try to relax your body and breath deeply to reduce the stress.
- Vitamin deficiency can be a reason too, so always try to have multi-vitamins and a balanced diet.
- Some doctors say that if the headache continues and you didn't take your medication as soon as possible, then the body will start releasing the histamine substance which is very dangerous if it is released in huge amount in your body!

Weed and plenty of food/water.
Advil helps.

usually inhaling the steam from a kettle after it just boiled hot water and then slowy drink a hot cup of tea without sugar while lying on your bed for 20 minutes.

Caffeine can help, it increases blood pressure, and is a vasodilator
