I weight 193lbs. I need to be 150lbs for the branch I'm trying to join.
I am willing to do whatever it takes.
What do I eat? What exersizes, how many times a week? What times of day do stop eating? How many times a day DO I eat?
I can't afford a gym right now. I am willing to do things with what I have.
Could I lose it in 30 days?
