i see a lot of pro soccer players with HUGE leg muscles but they got chicken arms lol. I play semi pro for now and I'm just wondering what I can do to strengthen my upper body. I don't like gyms though. anyone has any suggestions?
Well if your not going to the gym I would say the good old fashioned pushup. Do wide ones for chest and close ones for more arms and shoulders. Also diamond pushups are good for chest. You can also maybe buy some of those elastic bands. Look for the ones with the most resistance. Just YouTube "chest/ arm workouts no weights" and you can find lots of workouts and excercises
