In 2010, I lost 13 kgs in summer. I don't know how I did that and how did I have goodwill when the hardest time I've ever faced concerning dieting was that time.
but then I gained weight through out summer 2011. And now, I've lost 9 KGS and I gained 3 after that.
The problem is I just don't like dieting and the food I have to eat each day;also, I think I'm lazy, tho I walk 3 hours a-day, I still have the Idea that I'm lazy and that exercising & dieting's a really tiring thing to be done.
I really need to lose 10 kgs before the 6th of June. can you help?
I need Ideas for keeping myself on track?
