I suggest you start working out from now and trying to eat as best as you can. But don't stress out about it. Put the gala in the back of your mind until July and just concentrate on working out. The reason I am telling you this is because women don't lose weight like men do and even added stress affects us in terms of pounds than it does them. Focus on strength training (trust me you won't bulk up just get more defined) Muscles burn fat quicker and the more developed they are the more they help burn off that fat. You might be tempted to starve yourself but it really has an adverse effect. Eating at least 5 times a day will help. That is 3 main meals and 2 snacks (fruit and some protein not chips or ice cream) Eat more vegetables. Do fun exercise like zumba. Then in July whatever size you are then that's the size to buy. Tell yourself you can do it as soon as you wake up and try your best each day. Oh try not to tell a lot of people you are doing this because people will always try to sabotage you. Another thing women who want to lose weight think that just boiling veggies or eating salad is good. Don't compromise flavor. When you do this just use more herbs to flavor your food and cut back on the oils, salt and sugar. Read labels to see if what you are putting in your body is what you want in your body. If you can't pronounce it,it probably shouldn't be in your body in the first place. After all this work and the gala is over, Stick with it so will never have to worry about trying to drop weight in a short time again. Good luck

But sudden spurt of exercise will cause body harm through loss of electrolytes and muscle injuries. I would suggest you to have a lot of fibres as fillers and spinich to replace your lunch. Use oats and buttermilk to pass for breakfast. It will help to know your current diet to be more specific with instructions.

I have enjoyed with slim and not so slim women equally and treat them for what they really areirrespective of their measurements. But the advantage of slim ones is not negligible in social circle. Plus the health benefits make it worthwhile to strive for.

Count calories, and don't make any mistakes when you count them. Seriously, go on a 1200 calorie a day diet, and jog for an hour per day.
Be sure your diet is rich in nutrients, and never eat more than 1200 calories, and never eat less than 1200 calories. Eat your meals at exactely the same time each day, workout at the same time each day, and wake and sleep at the same time each day.
If you follow the directions I've outlined perfectly, you will easily meet your weighloss goals.

You can't. Not really quick. You don't gain weight really quick, you don't lose it quick. If you wanna lose it though, just keep working out, watch what you eat, and ya. Same thing everyone will suggest. I'm sure you'll drop what you need fine before September (which is quite a few months away).
Diet Tea, my brothers doing it along with this diet control where he got these magnets placed on his ears that control how much he eats. He also has a list of foods he can and can't eat. He's lost weight and its showing little by little.
Eat healthier, eat less, and run like your pants are on fire.
Put on a plastic sweat suit and running every day, 5 Km. At the same time eat less than usual. More fruit, less sweets.
Then order it 2 sizes bigger?
