I haven't worked out and feel like crap for it, tips to not feel this way?

I haven't been to the gym since Thursday (its Wednesday). I normally go everyday. I've been eating terrible and have been lazy. I've been feeling like crap with the worst headache for the past week. I know I shouldn't work out feeling sick but I feel terrible and keep beating myself up for not going. Any tips to make myself feel better? Or should I just go to the gym with a bad headache and deal with it?
