Just eat healthy and take it slow (: No need to go back into to full speed if you don't feel good. Don't worry I'm sick and I feel horrible to! To horrible to hit up the gym. So I have just been eating healthy and drinking a lot of water even when I don't feel like it. Well good luck! (:

Why haven't you been going out of curiosity? It's OK to trip up here and there. But starting tomorrow get back into your healthy routine. No excuses! Are you sure you are getting enough water and sleep? And were you formerly taking in a lot of caffeine and now aren't?
Rest. Just eat healthy and balanced and you can still feel good and not gain weight, even when you don't hit the gym.

Start by eating healthy and drinking lots of water. Take a brisk walk every day for a week or so until you feel like you can hit the gym again. You're probably feeling horrible because of bad eating habits, and because you stopped being active.
