How many kilos should I lose to look like this?

kindly look at my profile pictures for comparison. anyway I want to lose weight Because there's a korean fever here in my country and I so envy korean faces and their cute little bodies. I just bought a korean jumpsuit short refer to my profile pics but it doesn't fit me well Because its supposed to be loose but since I'm kinda thick it ends up hugging my bod. I'm thinking to lose 8 kilos to look like that of a korean body but my sister disagree Because she thinks I should lose around 10-15 kilos. what do you think? thanks!

Its hard when you want to look like someone else, because quite frankly, even after you lose a ton of weight, it may not happen.

That girl looks like that because of a combination of genetics, diet and exercise, but genetics sets up how your body can look- the parameters at least.

There is a bit of a compromise between how you want to look at the amount of effort to look that way. Sometimes its way more than just eating right and exercising. Some actresses are in FANTASTIC shape, but they work out 5-6 days a week for an hour to an hour and a half every day. If I wanted to look like that, I may need to work out 7 days a week, 2 hours a day, and cut out whole food groups. See what I mean? Our bodies are different and they respond differently to those things. Even after all of that I still won't have their body.

I think you should ditch the preconceived notion of what you are SUPPOSED to look like and go with looking the best for your body shape.

Do you seriously want to look like that girl? Sorry but I think she looks like a surfboard. If you want the jumpsuit to be looser then just buy a bigger one :) and if you want to be fitter, don't starve you just do some regular sporting.

8 kilos would be enough to wear that, but you'd look even better with10-12 less. That will be a long haul, was we say int he USA, will take you six months of diet and exercise, but you'll come to enjoy the routine after the initial pain.

In the meantime, after maybe 5 kilos you'd already lookk good in those flouncy Korean style short dresses over jeans or leggings.

Don't fret, you'll look good at any weight, you know!

Korean women have beautiful faces, but their bodies are so straight they look boys sometimes. I think your body looks much better than the typical Korean woman. Also I like the outfit tighter, it looks like the woman in the picture is wearing a bag. If you're going to copy Korean fashion wear short shorts and short skirts. It would work for you better. Your curvy and beautiful embrace it. I'd embrace it ;)
