Take it from me, pills will get you nowhere.
When I had to drop 80lbs, I tried every trick in the book (besides pills, I'm not THAT stupid) and nothing gave me better results than exercise and good diet.
Micromanage your calories. Research your body type and see your minimum caloric requirements and build a diet based on that. It's really easy, just read labels. For example, a whole chicken breast has roughly 150 calories. A cup of steamed vegetables has about 50 calories. A serving of beans has 100 or so calories. With nothing else added and drinking only water, that's a 300 calorie meal.
Managing your diet and getting out there and running will work wonders. It did for me.

The green tea pills and raspberry ketones are there to assist in weight loss, those alone won't really make that much of a difference except slightly mess around with your immune system.
There is no other way to loose weight without regular exercise and healthy diet, it's the only way and things like the pills are there just to add and possibly speed up to the amount and time of the weight loss.
Food is a good source of energy, FYI :P
I don't trust pills at all. You can drink green tea and eat raspberries, you don't need all of the extra chemicals. The reason the diet industry rakes in 40-60 billion dollars a year is BECAUSE of its failure, so people keep buying different products after the others don't work.

Are you taking green tea diet pills or green tea supplements? Diet pills don't really work in my opinion. Also, you need to exercise! Try to find the time where you have the energy (like in the morning) or find ways to gain energy.
