Can anyone reccomend a good tanning lotion or product?

OK here's the deal.I am white as hell.I burn in the sun but not to blisters just get very red and a little peeling. I want to go to a tanning bed but I want to know what kind or type of product to use that will help me a little at a time achieve a tan.I don't want fake spray tan crap..I want my own skin to tan so..any suggestions from experience preferably.I googled and I got mostly bronzers but are those fake tans in a bottle or do they help you get a real tan to? PLEASE !ANYONE LOL

I have the same problem, in the winer I get pale as a sheet and in the summer I turn into a tomato :P BUT I've tried a lot of tanning products and the problem with them (just like dying your hair), is that you don't know what they're going to do. SOmetimes your skin gets darker, but the wrong, unnatural shades darker. honestly, id recommend sunscreen. Going outside for whatever excuse you can find ( go swimming a lot, take a walk, bring your computer outside if you can and do work there, just spend as much time in the sun as you can doing normal activities. That's always the BEST kind of tan AND it doesn't damage your skin NEARLY as much as products do. Tanning is BAD for your skin (it means that you have a lot of dead skin cells, do some research on what tanning actually does to you before you decide to go to a tanning bed). If you really are that impatient, BROWN SUGAR KISSABLE is a really good one. BUT PLEASE just spend some time outside, you'll look and feel MUCH better
