First of all, 20% body fat isn't bad at all... Seriously.
Second of all, you DO look good.
Last of all... it's really common for people to lose a ton of weight and then still not feel good about themselves. This is where autonomous self-esteem needs to come in. You're already taking care of yourself, but now you're just focusing too much on what OTHER people want from you. You can't waste your life trying to please people, especially when it comes to your appearance. I know this all sounds cliche but I'm so frustrated hearing people say, "I'm not hot enough for anyone so I'll probably be forever alone" like that's what love is. If I can find love twice at my size, I'm sure you can with a bit of flab and crooked teeth. Own it.
