There’s this guy my age who seems to have a lot of energy. He has a lot of energy for school, work, going out…Yet he doesn’t live a healthy lifestyle – eats a lot of hot dogs and donuts, drinks a lot of alcohol, doesn’t work out…
I OTOH eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water, exercise, but my energy level is a lot lower than his – it’s not even close.
