Give me your weight loss body sculping tricks :)

all right we all know in order to lose weight and volume off your body you need to work out and eat healthy. No need to lecture about that here, I want specific little tricks that help improve/speed up/ bring more efficiency to the process, I try to work out regularly ( about three times a week) and am doing my bext to eat healthy food (with the occasional slip every now and then XD) But I am overall pleased with my body, and am very dedicated to taking good care of it :)

So shoot out some tips, or tricks that you use to make your body look even beter and your organism even healthier perhaps, just anything that helps :)
