I've been lifting weights for a while now but I haven't done cardio in a long time
Is this normal? Because it was unbelievably uncomfortable when I woke up
The actual breasts were sore
Yup- it's called working out the pectoral muscles (basically the muscles underneath your actual breast tissue), makes them sore when you build the muscle just like anywhere else. I know it's uncomfortable, but it's actually awesome for toning and shaping your breasts, keeping them firm and perky.
If you're new to working out, it can be worrying when you're sore, but you'll find that with time you get used to the workout and find your body recovers faster. My advice if you're working out and trying to build muscle is to eat more protein, helps rebuild it faster. Also, you'll learn to appreciate the soreness some- means it was a good workout, challenged those muscles and made them work hard.
Your breasts could get sore but mostly the armpits would be sore after weight lifting too

If you want to get rid of the soreness much quicker you can soak them or any sore body part in ice water. Seriously,no joke. That is why football players take ice baths after training,so they will be able to workout again the next day much easier and more comfortably.
If you did chest exercises it is very likely that your chest will be sore the day after and since your t*ts are stuck to your chest, it is very likely that they will hurt too.

That's common, it'll mostly go away if you stay with it, but you may always be a little sore after a good hard workout. On the plus side, think of how perky and sexy your breasts will be since you're taking care of yourself.
I'd say it's normal, just because it's the muscles that you're targeting.
