Should weight lifting cause soreness in the breasts?

I went to a weight lifting class with my friend and the class focused more on upper body strength training with weights. It was in total a 45 minute class with a warm up and cool down. I used 8 lbs because it's easy for me but still challenging. Today, I woke up and my breasts were extremely sore and sensitive.

I've been lifting weights for a while now but I haven't done cardio in a long time

Is this normal? Because it was unbelievably uncomfortable when I woke up
