What are some good exercises that don't shoot your heart rate too high? My heart beat has gotten strange again, as I'm supposed to quit running and stuff here until I can get some stress EKG tests done, so it kinda sucks for right now. So what can I do that isn't too stressful on my heart at the moment?
I give all kinds of advice on things I shouldn't, but hell no I'm not giving advice on this one, other then don't listen to ANY of us.
If you're having heart problems listen to your doctors, ask their advice. We can't advise you. Get it sorted out.
I'll note that a heart rate monitor is pretty cheap - I'd suggest getting one if you need to keep an eye on this.

squats, lunges, pushups with intervals, crunches, punching and kicking.
these are good with heart and effective.

I'd say any type of exercise, if done slowly and relaxed with breathing will be just fine for this.
