Bring stuff that can be stored without refridgeration. This sounds tough, but it's not as bad as it seems and it can really be a good thing :)
Challenge yourself to eat more often. Maybe split your meals up into snacks so that you won't have to worry about making something for school.
I would bring snacks with me. These might include some carrots, celery, raisins, oatmeal (you can always heat up in a microwave, just add water!), bagels with butter or peanut butter.
You can also try granola bars, fruit cups, rice with beans or some dried fruits or nuts.
For meals if you have to bring something, try bringing fresh veggies as your side to start. Maybe bring some meat in a lunch bag if necessary. Beans are a great way to get protein without having to refridgerate. Salads are also good, add some chickpeas and kidney beans with lots of veggies and you are set!

Personally, I always take sturdy fruit (apples oranges) hey don't need to stay cold. Applesauce and graham crackers (delicious and filling). Or sandwiches pb&j (also doesn't need to stay cold)
A cheap and healthy food I tend to enjoy is if I head to the grocery store, I stock up on a few Amy's vegan burritos. I like my meat but these are healthy and take a minute in the microwave. Find a few healthy snacks and staples you like. For example, instead of an energy drink, I'm more likely to go for a power bar brand pria bar. Just keep some quick, easy, healthy foods within easy access just in case. I take 15-17 creditis per semester plus work and have a social life so I know the feeling.
Sure, yougurt, fruit, salad in a container...and my favorite, wraps. I use a pancake to ensure things stay together and make a sort of burrito with it.

yeah, a nice turkey sandwich, or whatever kind, is easy to take around.
Nuts are always good. :)
