I too suffer from eczema a bit, just around my nose.
It was much worse a few months back, but I rapidly changed my diet and that made a big difference.
I don't eat fast food anymore, period. I eat some junk food, but only in one sitting every two weeks.
Other than that, I've adjusted my diet to a raw version of the "Eat Clean Diet."
Eczema is linked to two things, diet and stress. If you have poor diet and high stress, you can expect it quite often.
I have a high stress job, but building coping mechanisms for that have also reduced the impact of the daily stress.
What coping mechanisms did I install? I got back to exercising regularly around the same time I started changing my diet. Now I'm fully engulfed in competitive running again.
I've learned to accept certain things about my job, so now I'm not getting stressed about them.
My eczema, with these two changes, is nearly non-existent now.
Also, I have heard that certain essential oils can help, but that seems like more of a band-aid approach than making the real life changes that would support your body's recovery.

There are various forms of treatments.
Topical corticosteroids (many ranging from superpotent (Clobex) to mild (Hydrocortisone)
Calcineurin inhibitors (Elidel, Protopic)
Antibiotics (Oracea)
Oral corticosteroids (prednisone)
Immunosuppressants (cyclosporine)
You need to visit a dermatologist who is up to speed on latest treatments.
Maybe its not eczema.
Every doctor told me it was eczema but I kept on reading about it and apparently my birth mother had it too so I went to the doctor had a biopsy and turned out that it was Psoriasis. Not eczema.
If it itches and its red inflamed and burns a little then it might be psoriasis.
Psoriasis is for life though so I hope not... Get a biopsy don't waste time like I did.
Have you gone to your doctor? Mine gave me a prescription creme that helped. My mom also bought me this link for Christmas last year and I was shocked at how amazingly it works.

Have you seen an allergist and gotten a skin test? It'll tell you what you're allergic to, so you can avoid them. They can give you treatment.
Also use hypoallergenic products.
