What do you do for workout?

today I had a pretthard workout day. I did our normal pt (100 pushups + 100 situps + 2 miles) then I did 2 class sets of pushups (116 each) a class set of squats (116) 10 minute wall sits. then later I had to hang on a pipe for 10 minutes then do 20 pullups, then I had to do handstand pushups 20 then I had rugby practice, then I had to do the pullup thing again and did another class set of pushups
What do you do for workout?
