Holy f$%! How long did this workout take?
Jeez, I stick to the rule of 'no more than an hour' that way I can have some semblance of a life (as well as energy to actually live it).
Admittedly, I am a newb to working out and have a really crappy routine. The split occurs over 8 days:
Arms
(Break)
Back
(Break)
Legs
(Break)
Torso
(Break)
Also dieting has been a challenge. I try to consume as much protein as I can every day but I barely get to 100g on some days. I figure calories kind of follow if I can get the protein thing working out, though I should probably be eating more in quantity and frequency.

You're in good shape. Also your recovery must crush mine. Of course I'm old. Of course my recovery always sucked, which is why I avoided physical stuff from like mid teens to 30, when I decided I'd rather work at something I sucked at then be fat and out of shape.
Wednesday was 3x5 squats, 5x5 hang cleans, 5x4 pullups (I suck), some supplementary bicep/ab work. Normally that'd be it, but I missed Monday so also did 5x5 press.
Today will be 5x5 bench, 3x12 pec fly, 5x5 DB press, 3x12 lat raises, abs.
Planning to mix in some steady state again. Probably no HIIT for a couple months.
I usually don't work out but when I was trying to join the track team I would run on the treadmil for maybe 30minutes 3x a week and do curl ups.
I'm still not done with p.e. for school since I failed but went I get out I don't plan to work out at all.Unless I want to flatten my stomach, run, stretch to be more flexible, or practice swimming but other than that I pretty much hate working out.
-Sexercise
-Recently I started using the eplitical machine again.
-A few dumbbells and squats.

10 months ago, I was on:
15 sets of 20 pusups
15 sets of 25 roman chairs
4 sets of 12 pullups
15 sets of 15 dips
Swim 15 minutes continously(no touching/kicking off the edge of the pool)
Every 2 days.
Generally my arms would give out midway during the dips. But I'd go on until I reached the total of 225 dips.
I'd also escalate the workout every week slightly. I'd never fully complete it, but I always beat my previous performance. Was a really solid training technique. Took forever though. Workouts could take up to 2.5 hours.
Now after 10 months of nothing at all, I'm starting over at 0 again ^^. 70 pushups killed me lol.Usually, nothing. But today I went running for the first time in my life and it nearly killed me, haha.
I do sit ups, crunches and girl push ups an jog with my dad.
kettlebell snatches
Stiff legged deadlifts.
Full squats
Lunges
Lots of leg and back work. Cause there pretty much your most important muscles.Well my program goes something like this...
M: Back and triceps (Abs + running)
T: Shoulders and legs (Abs + running)
W: Chest and arms (Abs + running)
T: Back and triceps (Abs)
F: Shoulders and legs (Abs + running)
S: Chest and arms (Abs)
It works for me,but that doesn't mean it is good for everyone so try it out if you want...
And later on it's a good thing to mix it up a bit.3 km on treadmill or cross trainer or bike with heart rate of 180
60 bicycles
20 lunges
15 seated row with 50 lbs
20 weighted squats (9lbs)
20 bench presses (9lbs)
20-30 proper sit ups (but on the bench thingy where you are kind of upside down)
30 slides on the ab coaster (10lbs on each side)
20 back extensions
1 minute plank with feet on a medicine ball
I do all of that minus the cardio twice and I go 4-5 times a week.Walked a mile on my hands today... yeah...pretty easy.
My favorite thing to do (when my knee isn't feeling weird) is to run. I do that 2-3 times a week. One day of the week I do around 50 chinups and 100 pushups, one day of abs, and then one day of doing interval/circuit training.
did a thousand **** pushups today that's about normal. full pushups too not any halfass ones.
I just run... keeps me fit! :) Lol... I don't think I big muscles would suit me :P
I get MY workout at work..I'm always constantly lifting someone, doing A LOT of walking, etc.
Not that I need to workout...i dance every chance I get an that's my workout for any situaion-_-
4 set of 50 push up, 3 set of 100 sit up, 2 set 150 rep 10k dumb bell each arm, bench press 6 set 30 rep 45kg.
Hit the gym and go to the park for light cardio. When I'm cutting I do HIIT.
The "Ike Turner 90 minute" routine with my girl.
walk at least three miles a day, and 100 crunches a day, then I also lift (arms) once a week and do legs once a week
I was doing P90x, then P90x2, and now Body Beast.
type really fast on the computer for my cardio
