How many snacks a day?
How much time you spend working out or on fitness in a wk?

What are you dietary requirements or things you definitely want in your meals?
Usually four meals a day doesn't matter if I'm working out or not. I don't really count snacks but probably around two or three. Amount of time working out a week varies week to week but around 4-5 hours of actually being in the gym (not including just going for walks and other low level fitness). Around 500 cal for breakfast, 400 for meal 2, 400 for meal 3, 400 for meal 4, 400 for snacks. I like beef jerky so protein is important.

I feel more comfortable with 3 square meals and 2-3 small snacks per day.
I used to spend an hour and a half on fitness a day, but now that I live on campus for school and the gym kinda sucks I don't workout but I walk everywhere.
I just try to eat smart, but being that I am poor, I take advantage of when the school has free food or snacks which aren't always healthy.
When I am working I eat little but I eat food with a lot of fat.
When I am not working ( I have season work) I have 5 meals two of them are fruit,one is breakfast usually flakes with milk and cappuccino, my meal that is one plate only food no bread salad ect. And at six o'clock at evening that is my last meal I eat a toast or yogurt with fruits or salad.
