Do you feel thinner at all? Do your clothes fit different? Sometimes the scale isn't the best indicator of progress. Muscle tissue is heavier then fat tissue. You might have lost fat, but gained muscle. Do you feel better at all?
You can always try going for longer runs/walks. More mileage will burn more calories. 4 miles isn't all that much, but it's a start. try doing 3-5 miles 3 times a week even if you have to walk it.

That's because it doesn't matter how much you exercise, if your eating things that your body does not recognize as food, or eating foods that suck the life out of you, then it would be impossible for you to see any results. You are what you eat. Marks daily apple, I suggest you check out that website and learn about the paleo diet. Or you could ask me for advice, as I'am studying to become a physician.
your body is so used to that routine so right now you are at a stand still and you need to change it up or increase the workout intensity. You will see results when you do this. Good luck and don't give up
It'll take time for sure. When I first started working out a lot too I felt heavier for a while. Once your body settles in, you'll start seeing results.

How long have you been working out and dieting. Remember, people LOVE instant gratification. It's not real though. Muscle toning and weight loss takes time...
