Why isn't this working?!

So I'm a figure skater. I jog 2 miles two days a week I do crunches and lots of legs stuff like leg pressing at school squatting and power clean I changed my eating ways I skate two nights a week and wake up at 6 am to go skating for two more hours on Saturday. I feel cramps in my stomach from crunches but I'm not losing ANY weight. maybe two pounds here and there. I feel like I can't do anything else I'm on the edge of giving up why can't I lose weight?
Why isn't this working?!
