Eat small meals (4-6) throughout out the day, add some spices to food- this helps rev up your metabolism. Also at the very beginning of your day turn the shower on cold, this is a great, easy, and effortless way to boost you metabolism. Switch your diet to high fiber, that way your barely 'digesting' food, just getting plenty of nutrients, also you might want to do a cleanse before you continue or start anything else. Last but not least switch exercises that way you don't hit a plateau and you'll lose weight faster. Also if your starving yourself, barely getting at the least 1500 calories then 9/10 your body is in starvation mode and is holding on to every little thing you digest.

Give it time. Your body needs time to process the changes. Don't start the diet pills, most of them are really unhealthy. It's not because it helps you lose weight that it's a healthy way to lose weight. If I don't eat for three days, I'd lose weight too, but that wouldn't help, would it?
Aren't there any personal trainers at your gym? They could help!
Don't use hydroxycut. They've changed the formula around because they had problems with the old one.
Describe your healthy eating.
BTW, I -have- used fat burners, but I'm not ready to suggest them yet ;) No safe (or legal) fat burner is going to make a huge difference, they do make some. The best one you can get in the u.s. is no longer sold as a fat burner but is still available though theoretically for a different purpose ...
(Nurse) Diet pills seldom work because the person returns to the same eating pattern after they lose the weight. The only long term weight loss that is effective long term is Aktins/ Southbeach. More importantly, they don't have the weight rebound that low fat/ high carb diets have.

After two weeks, you will hardly begin seeing results. In fact, my personal trainer at the gym says it's not uncommon for it to take up to two or three months for serious results to show. Your body is getting used to burning extra fat from working out while still taking in calories from what you eat. Stay active, though. Calories turn to fat if you don't stay active. Depending on how often and how hard you work out, you are also adding muscle weight.
You might be overdoing it, in which case your body will freak out and hold the weight.
Try working out like a few times a week, and eat healthy, but stay full.
Try tweaking WHAT you're actually eating. Like if you used to eat junk food or too many carbs, then eat more protein instead.
Everyone is different, and you need to be patient and give yourself time to figure out what works for your body.I think a lot of people turn to diet pills in desperation.
If your losing weight you can't be doing it for other people , or doing it to get guys to ink your better looking or anything. Do it for yourself.Give me your weekly workout routine and I will tell you if it is effective.
For weight loss cardio is best. 30 to 45 minutes 5 day's a week. Within two weeks your not going to see a huge difference.
Hydroxycut is good for weight loss. There's an APP called "MyFitnessPal", it's great for helping you stay on your diet. It takes about a month to start to see the difference. Go every day and go hard and you can do it!
Diet pills won't help.
You haven't lost a pound because you're eating too much.
It is not enough to eat healthy. You also have to eat less.
If you don't burn off more calories than you eat, then you won't lose weight. That's it.
