That's a good amount of weight. Keep it up!
From what I've read though the stomach tends to be the last place the body takes fat from though so you might be losing fat in other areas of your body. Yet it's also the first place fat is stored. So it's a tough battle.
What I have been reading on lately is that interval cardio is a really good way to save time and burn fat even more efficiently. You can read about it here if you'd like.

Well I personally think if you're seeing some kinda result its good enough. And if you like the way you look now you should be happy if not try to work harder and achieve the body you want. Also people may not be noticing because they see you everyday and its hard to tell a different because people are use to your look. Also if someone was to go away for 5 months and then come back I pretty sure that they will notice how you changed.
If you are doing some kind of diet then probably your boby got accostumed to it and the results are slower than before. you could try switching your lunch with dinner for a week and then go on as before. This will get your stucked metabolism working again!
Your'e 17 like really I am assuming you are in school, why are you trying to lose weight? Probably to impress a guy? Stop I am 5'9 and 150lbs I look great if you lose another pound you will be aneroxica
Well, youve lost a bit of weight, try eating smoothies for awhile and see if you can get better results.

If people see you often it may be more difficult for them to notice, this is where pics come in handy, it's a motivator too! Take a pic of yourself every month or so and compare it to the previous pic. I'm sure you've come along farther than you think.
it is a great amount of weight. if you are only losing weight for other people that's stupid, you hsould be doing it for yourself. don't worry so much about what others think.
Don't worry about what anyone else notices or doesn't. as long as you know that you have lost weight then you should be proud. losing 20 pounds is definitely something to be proud of.
What kind of diet and exercise plan do you have?
