I've been working out, eating healthy, and staying active (run & strength training in the morning [6AM-7:30AM] and then I play basketball from 4PM-7PM) I've lost so much fat within these past couple of months, and I'm happy! I feel comfortable, and I'm looking better, I feel as if my depression has also decreased throughout this process. Although I'm seeing all these positive results, I'm beginning to get acne, not only on my face, but on my body as well. Why is this? I've already gone through my teenage acne years. In middle school and high school I was a teenage athlete. In middle school I played basketball, and in high school I did Football & Cross Country. After graduating I let myself go and became dangerously obese. Now that I'm working on getting back in shape, I'm beginning to notice how much acne I'm getting on my body, and I don't like this. What is the cause for me getting acne?
