Are you comfortable in your skin?

I am very much so I wasn't always comfy in my skin I am alright with people seeing me nude. I don't get why so many women are so self conscious about their bodies. I am happy with myself appearance wise too but I want to tone up in my tummy, arms, legs and I feel attractive overall and don't care if people find me attractive either. So are happy with your body and overall appearance?

Naked? Absolutely not. For many reasons. One, I'm a bit of a prude. Two, I'm not mentally able to handle seeing my skin (compulsive picker. I leave nasty scars on myself). Three, it's against my morals (which could also be part of reason one, I suppose. But I know other girls with similar morals, who have no problem wearing less than I typically do).

Clothed, however, I'm very happy with myself and my body. Partially because I know how to dress myself well, and am unique about it. Partially because I've been working hard at improving it, and am proud of the progress I've made so far. I could stay the way I am now, and be content.

yes. when I was younger I wasn't. but now I am because as I got older I learned that men respond well to it and being a size 0 doesn't mean beautiful.

I'm happy with my appearance.

The more confidence you have in yourself and your body, the more attractive you will be.

No matter what body type you have, you will become more attractive if you believe in your body.

I never understood as well why they always cover up if someone (a guy) sees them nude, I mean if you really dive in and think about it.. No two girls are alike but still it's nothing to cover up for.

Well getting naked in front of people, for me, is... intimate. So, I do mind people seeing me nude.

I'm comfortable with my body, shape wise. I'm fit, and though I used to be uncomfortable with certain parts I love my body now. I just wish I had prettier skin.

I'm overweight, but I still love myself. I have health concerns that make me want to lose weight. I don't mind people seeing me nude, but I'm not the stereotypical "magazine" pretty, and I'd rather not deal with the comments some people would make, so I get self conscious because I'm sure most people don't want to see my fat LOL

I'm comfortable for the most part. I don't hate how I look naked, but I do think I look better with less clothing. Not like skimpy stuff, but more like sleeping clothes like tanks tops and pajama pants/shorts lol. But I'm kinda like you, I'm happy about my appearance over all, but I would like to tone up certain areas.

I'm not comfortable being nude in front of strangers, but I'm comfortable with my body. I don't feel self conscious at all with sexual partners.

Everyday I struggle with my self-esteem. I try to love and accept myself as I am but it's hard. Some days I can't look on the mirror beacuse I get really uncomfortable and sad. So, I'm really uncomfortable.
