I don't see why you would. It's not some dirty little secret or something. To me that's TMI- like telling some dude I'm dating what brand of tampons I like. Why in god's name would I share *that*? And why would he *care*? I think the only time that should come up is when you start talking about getting married and having kids- like "Gee, I hope our baby doesn't get my old nose!" just in case it comes out with your original beak. The same goes for the I-used-to-be-fat thing... you're not now, so whatever, right?
That's like saying "You know, I used to be toothless and have a drooling problem, and also I used to regularly sh*t my pants. But then I grew up so it's cool." I mean... why bring that up?

If you really care about the guy, I feel like you should... I mean, that's probably not something you want to hide from a man if you love him... If you know the relationship won't last or you both are just together to mess around or something, you can get away with not telling him, but it's good to let the man you love know... If you found him, tell him your past so he doesn't find out from some one else... If you're still iffy, you can keep it on the low if you'd like... :) it's all about trusting the person you're with and knowing that no matter what, they will still love you and not think any differently about you... :)
It wouldn't bother me knowing or not knowing. I really don't care about nose jobs so if you don't want to then don't worry about it.

If you feel OK about it, or even proud, then yes, but if you feel embarassed, then no, its your private thing, and what happened in the past should stay thete, no reason to bring it up...
It depends how you feel about it and what do you think your guy would feel about it...No
At face values guys dislike the unnatural aspect of it but they don't mind the results. Considering most results aren't like Michael JacksonNo, honestly I think they woul see that as a major turn off.. And I mean come on what's wrong with keeping one little secret right? Anyways whatever you do, good luck ... And also good for you losing some weight
