Why is it when girls work out they wear a regular bra and a sports bra when they have small breasts?

yeah they do that to make em look bigger or maybe they just feel paranoid about how much support theyre getting. like even if they wear one bra they might b worried it won't be good enough to support.

i personally never do that lol, I say girls should just buy an ULTRA supportive bra:)

The only reason I can think of is because they want their small breasts to appear larger.

There really is no reason to wear two bras unless you want they effect.

The productivity of working out is to look/feel better. It's supposed to e an ugly process but if you're uncomfortable or want to look good then achieving the actual results of looking good will fade all over the allusion of big breasts in a sports bra? That is just.. Wow blew my mind

For some girls 2 bras really is more comfortable. Just because it doesn't work for you doesn't mean it's uncomfortable for them.

Maybe not. Who cares, it's not a big deal at all. It's clearly comfortable for them or they like it or else they wouldn't do it.

Yes they do need support if you are doing any physical activity

My breasts look flat when I put them on(I even hav pic on profile with and without sports bra) and I don't see a need for a reg bra under. I don't have huge breasts but with 2 bras I'd be so uncomfy and distracted cause they'd be so pushed up :/

Mine don't. Small breasts don't bounce unless you buy the wrong sports bra

Maybe yours don't, but some other girls' do. My boobs are small and they still bounce. Its just different for different people.

You probably need a better brand. Or buy a tighter one to flatten them out(point of a sports bra!). So they don't bounce. I don't have large breasts but on my body they look stupid. So I used really tight ones to make me look flat as possible so I can perform the best I can. I look around and see girls wears a bra and a sports bra when they are tinier than me. It's just weird and not needed
