There are ways to minimize it, but it probably won't ever go away completely without surgery. Some ways: exfoliate and moisturize, drink a lot of water, lose the weight at a slower pace, focus on toning exercises to tone the muscle underneath the skin (this can help some).
If you lose the weight really fast when starting out obese, that will happen. Not too extreme weight losses can be corrected with toning exercises. If you were really, heavily overweight, then it is possible that your skin will never be able to catch up. Then surgery would be your best bet.
MOST people will have that look after rapid weight loss. If you are working out while losing weight, the effect will be less, and some people, maybe thanks to genetics, have skin that rapidly adapts to weight loss and don't have a lot of loose skin.
Don't lose weight too fast.

Just make sure to lose it slowly, drink plenty of water, you are already young so that help a lot. You said you weigh just over 200, you should be fine, the only way I could see lose skin is if you gained it so rapidly that you have a lot of stretch marks.
Only if you're really heavy, older, or if you lose it too fast (sometimes). If you lose it the healthy way, you're fairly young, and aren't too big then you shouldn't have a problem with it.
Get acupuncture from somebody who was trained out of the country.
Try lifting weights to gain muscle tone.
