Ive lost 60 recently

I have LOTS of loose skin

How do I get rid of it ?

Another question : Does loose skin actually weigh on the scale?

Like does it carry any kind of weight in numbers?

first of all congratulations on the effort!

secondly loose skin, as far as its not scar-tissue does, to a degree, tighten itself on its own, standard advice on the internet entails keeping your skin moisturized with lotion and increasing your intake of water, another way would be to slow down your weight-loss but since your case is after the fact I would suggest keeping your current routine watching your food intake as usual and observe your excessive skin with a ruler or some other form of measurement if you see no change over a month consult your doctor

some semi-related questions:

would you be willing to provide some photos for example of your arm or some other area that you think is with excessive skin?

would you be willing to describe your diet?

same goes for thighs , belly and back , :( its sad because I lost so much and I have to deal with this , so about it tightening itself , do you know how long will it take ? approximately?

and by the way I lost the weight a year , I did it the healthy way :D

i'm sorry to disappoint but I am not qualified to make that statement, however I would suggest to go to a dermatologist regarding this, if after one month no reduction in circumference can be observed

could I compel you again to share the kind of diet or program you worked through?

oh yeah sure : I just stuck to healthy eating along with only taking 1500 calories a day and burning like 250-500 in the gym everyday or walking outside. BUT I do admit it was mostly cardio , treadmill incline walking or running , no weight lifting . I don't know if thhelps :D

thank you! did you somehow document your intake, did you calculate your calorie-intake somehow or follow a specific diet plan?

not really just keeping it at 1500 and eating MAINLY veggies and fruit buut with little carbs and meat .Not a lot of dairy tho

Yes...loose skin does weigh on the scale. ANYTHING weighs on the scale. There's a reason why when you go to the doctor's, that they tell you to take your shoes off lol.

The actual weight per unit of volume...im unsure though. I'm curious now. Imma look that up. :)

i think it goes away on its own your best bet it so consult with a doctor or dermatologist if you lose weight naturally the skin shrinks naturally too.

i wouldn't do surgery there's a lot of side effects with that and can be dangerous.
