You're going to need to be a lot more specific about how much you weigh, and how you're currently eating (assuming its you). Also, how much you CAN control what you eat and what kind of workouts, how often, and so on.

If you're in good shape but put on some fat, you can lose a lot very fast, because you are fit enough to do intense exercise.

Hey! I'm 5,9 and 127 lbs. I need to get down to 121lbs in the next 5-7 weeks. I consider myself pretty fit. its for a specific reason ( just incase you think its an unhealthy weight)

How often did you workout? Sadly I don't have a gym membership but do you think I can reach my goal with YouTube workout videos? and eating 1,300 calories...

I'd need to know if you really have the fat to lose. If you're 127 lbs of shredded muscle, its not happening. If you have a fair bit of fat, then fairly easily. I have to hit specific weights because I box at sort of a sub-amateur level (sparring nights).

Can you throw out your proposed meal plan? What kind of exercise are you currently capable of?

I do not have a lot od muscle at all. I don't really look toned either. So I would say its fat.

I usually eat oats with fruit in the morning. Chicken sandwich afternoon and dinner I have vegetables with maybe some fish. It changes everyday. If I workout...ill jog or jump rope for 30 minutes or a random fitness workout on YouTube. The thing is I don't know how often I should workout and for how long. Thanks for your answers btw:-)

Carrots are -okay- but generally I'd probably focus on fibrous vs. starchy vegetables with your dinner.

You buying chicken sandwiches, or making them?

Okay, well if I don't have time..ill buy them but if I have time ill make them with dark bread and nothing bad.

Dark bread > white bread but isn't -amazing-. If you want a carb in the middle of the day you might want to do something different. Like this month, I bring some quinoa salad and bean salad as part of my lunch.

See how things go first week, if its not working, let us/me/whoever know and we can adjust from there.

It depends. To do it in a healthy way? To lose fat, or lose anything? Do you give a crap what state your body will be in afterwards? Does it matter if the weight comes back immediately, plus a few extra pounds?

Most crash diets can lose water weight, but not fat. This means it comes back quickly.

Severe weight loss programs can screw up your metabolism in the long run. Low protein diets can mean your body consumes its own muscle mass, including your heart muscle.

Yes in a healthy way. Working out 3-4 times a week and eating healthy.

If you go to the gym daily I'd bet you could lose 3 pounds a week. If you want to do it in 3-4 times a week I bet you could lose a pound a week. If you eat right and whatnot.

If you aren't overweight are you sure you want to LOSE weight or just tone?

when I was in basic training I lost about 5 to 7 pounds. depends on what you do and how much you do to lose it.

I lost over 30 lbs in 4 to 5 weeks, so yes it is possible but it all depends on what you do.
