I'd say I eat it for lunch probably around 3 days a week. Always a shredded chicken burrito, and then maybe a taco or something else. Most times a medium soft drink. Try to keep the calories down... sometimes I'll skip the soft drink and grab a water at home.
But I've been working out a lot lately too, so I wonder that if, as long as you aren't going overboard with it, do you think Taco Bell can be part of a decent diet?
