A while back I stopped eating and lost a decent amount of weight. It was "great". But I overcame that. I ended up gaining weight, and it has recently gotten out of control (the weight gain that is). I want to do this in a healthy way, which I know is eating right and exercising.
But do you guys have any tips on things to eat that are healthy but still taste good. And how about exercise any tips on that? Like what kind of exercises work?
