It is really really hard so it is also very unlikely. Also just don't eat any carbs nothing with four, no rice, no potatoes, no bread. And stick to mainly eating fruits veggies and low fat proteins. What ever you do do not touch any dairy products or fats. That way you are putting your body in fat burn mode. Also I would suggest extreme excersize.
If she's eating carbs now goin no carb would drop it just on water weight.
If I so cyclical no carbs where I only eat them one day a week I gain then 4-7 lbs each time I carb up.
That is what they force you to do when you do P90X and you drop weight like hell for the first 3 weeks
Sure. I lost 23 lbs in 6 weeks early jan to mid February . It's possible.

I lost 2.6 kgs for a college contest? But it isn't healthy unless you really need it.
Slowly cutting weight like 3 pounds/month = ripped
2.2 pounds? Yeah. Your body goes up and down a couple pounds everyday anyways
Easy lah. Just swim 45 mins everyday.
