Look up body weight exercises and prison work outs if want to use household items. You can do a large portion of the body with a place to lie down, a place to do dips, a place to pull up on and some heavy duty plastic bags to fill with water. Nothing will beat actual equipment but you can improve yourself with bodyweight and some creativity.

Sure you can. But there's only so much you can do before needing something heavier than your own body weight. But, this doesn't mean you have to spend any money, because everything can work as weights. You could always try putting some heavy books into two bags, and use them as weights (for instance).

I have built my legs muscles without weights or gym equipment.
Yes through squats, push ups, crunches, pull ups and running will help you build muscle, you could also do dips if you had sonewhere to do them

Deadlift the table, Bench the table, dips on table aha. Lol yea but not some "serious" muscle gains at home. You gotta lift for that
