Umm...as if you're not even 100 pounds yet and you're worried about a bit of a belly...
I don't even think that's possible.
Regardless, I find that leg pull-ups work tremendously. Lie flat on your back and then lift your legs into the air, making a right angle with your body. It'll work those lower abdominals that usually get neglected. 30 of those in a sitting will have you feeling it tomorrow. It's great!
Squeeze lemon in your drinking water and drink it VERY cold. The citrus is supposed to "cut through" the fat and chilled water burns calories more than room temp.
Build up your proteins. I personally avoid meat but eat things like only the whites of eggs and bananas for potassium. You need to build muscle to burn the fat first, and 1 pound of muscle takes up significantly less space than 1 pound of fat. No need to get all Shwarzenegger . Just get toned. Crunches alone won't work. To loose fat, you need to get your heart racing. Cardio is KEY. Run for your life. About 15 - 20 minutes at least 3 times a week.
There's no quick fix for weight loss. It requires a lot of hard work, sadly. Especially if you want to KEEP it off. Loose weight fast or unhealthily...it'll pop back up to bite you in the flabby ass as soon as you take a bite of anything with calories.

People always say "eat healthy" but I know it's not that easy. When I wanted to lose weight I read this magazine that changed my life. Unfortunately I can't remember what magazine it was but I know what it said. This is sort of what it said in the article:
You know that huge bowl of cereal you have in the morning? Or that three scoop ice cream cone you get everyday? You may think it's okay, but you will be just as full with a smaller bowl or a two scoop cone. See, your body is full, but you can't realize it when you're eating. Start with smaller portions and to help, buy smaller bowls so you CAN'T put that much cereal in it. And when you eat dinner, wait 20 minutes before eating dessert. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to register as "full", so you may not even feel up to eating dessert! And eat meals slower so the body can digest and break down food while you eat. Gaining weight can be caused by lack of the body breaking down food.

Drink plenty of water, avoid sugary sodas and greasy foods, don't eat 4 hours before sleeping, have a high intensity workout at least 4 times a week and most of all have dedication.
just do crunches, sidebends with dumbells, pilates and knee tucks but don't diet because you sound like your already perfect to me

You need to work out to lose fat, that's the basic point. Spot training doesn't work, and just doing crunches will tone your muscles, but if you don't do cardio you will still have fat on top of the muscles and you won't see any defenition. if you do some cardio, like do some running maybe 3 or 4 times a week and then add some core strength training on top that should do the trick. Crunches are good, but you need to do a variety of strength training moves to target the entire core area, not just the front (like make sure you work the obliques-side muscles, and your lower back too). Strengthen the muscles with strength training and lose the fat with cardio.
work out! I'm skinny tooo, but working out it great because it won't only get rid of fat but define your muscles also for you stomach do 8 minute abs...theyre kind of cheesy but you feel them and the work really well because they get all the muscles in your abdomen
Every time you walk through a door, suck in your stomach as hard as you can 4 ten seconds. My step-mum did that to tone her stomach after she had a baby, it works really well.
