Well, we can take a guess.
Your lifestyle is finally catching up with you. I'm turning 29 in a month, and I feel better in my body now, than I did 10 years ago. Don't listen to the age thing, apparently it's normal in society to feel wretched, this is our sophisticated Western medicine: paper over the cracks. I followed a similar process as you, if I may presume. I pushed my body to the extreme, with excessive stimulants and stimulating, over strong food. Sugar, high hypoglycaemic food, stimulants what ever form they make take in your case (be it with these energy drinks, cigarettes, alcohol, whatever your poison is), too much red meat, too much processed junk in general.
Watch what you are eating. Make a food diary. Be honest with yourself. Home cook your food. Focus on grains and vegetables; some lean meats; less diary, eggs, red meat; less greasy food; make lower glycaemic substitutes (ie brown rice for white, sweet potatoes for potatoes); get enough sleep; green tea for lower caffeine; and most of all, don't ingest that artificial junk. I can't imagine how rotting for your body it is. If you follow these guidelines, you can have a good level of energy throughout the day, without highs and then sugar induced slumps. Learn how the body works. If you have a big sugar hit your body compensates with a big hormone release.

I don't take any of that stuff. I don't drink coffee either!
What do you do for a living? Jesus, 9am-1am for five days a week? That sucks balls. Find a new job. Honestly, you might as well go military because even they don't work that long.
How to get out of your funk? Request a week off for vacation... or if you don't want to waste vacation days then just request if off, whatever. On your break stop taking those energy drinks or any other energy supplements. That week off will help you recuperate. You can sleep all you want and be drowsy all you want without it affecting your work.
Hopefully by the time you get back to work you'll be able to operate sans supplements/drinks.
What can help you function at work? Hopefully you have an hour long break. Take 15 minutes to eat then the rest of the 45 for a power nap. You have a 16 hour work day so and you live in USA so there are laws, you HAVE to take breaks. Use them to sleep. Use one of the breaks to workout, that'll help keep you awake also.
Lastly, don't fuck around when you get home. Head straight to bed and get as much sleep as you can.
It could be that you have hypothyreosis?
Go to your doctor and tell them about this problem.
I always feel tired and unmotivated and have little energy all the time, then I went to my gyno due to some bleeding issues, and when she tested my blood, she said that I'm suffering from hypothyreosis. Which pretty much explains my easy weight gain, lack of energy, concentration problems, etc. I'm going to her again tomorrow to get some pills prescribed. With all the information I have, I can only advise you to talk to your family doc first.
This might be a stretch but my friend was the same for a while, shed be in bed all time and general exhausted all the time. She recently cut gluten out of her diet and has been totally fine ever since! Now whenever she eats gluten shell get really tired and unmotivated so defs try that for like a week or so!

Turedness and routine can make you feel tgat way. The energy drinks will make things worse. I suggest you drink coffee and juices that have vitamin c.
Do yoga too it will relax you and give you energy.Get rid of the energy drinks!! At least switch to coffee, those sugars in the energy drinks will drag you way down. Not good for your health. I've heard countless times they're not good for you.
