Anotehr question. Do you buy things foro yourself on each Christmas or not necessarily beause you can buy things any time of the year not necessarily on Christmas like every one else.
In my case not all my relatives give me gifts anymore just like 3 relatives do it so, due to the fact that al of my family does nto gather as a whole anymore (cousins, aunts, uncles like we did many years ago as we are a big family), now each respective family gathers on their own with their respective immediate family (kids, husband partner) and therefore I dotn receive any gifts from them, even if my mom always like to give gifts to them. This year I only will give gifts to the relatives I will see tomorrow and that is all like 8 people (some cousins and aunts but not the whole family like in the past).
As far as buying things on my own I stop caring buying things on my own just for Christmas, for me it is not super urgent, I can buy them later and I dont mind. I bacame a less complicated and I am a simple person now.
I know it is for the Christmas spirit, people like to have new clothes on Christmas, I did care when I was younger not anymore, that is not important If I want something or my mom wants to give me something, she just give me the money and I buy them when I want not because it is Christmas and I have to wear new clothes.
