@YourFutureEx Women Propose to Their Men According to an old Irish legend, or possibly history, St Brigid struck a deal with St Patrick to allow women to propose to men – and not just the other way around – every four years.
This is believed to have been introduced to balance the traditional roles of men and women in a similar way to how leap day balances the calendar. For more on it see this! www.people.com/article/leap-day-proposal-stories
If I was ready to get married I would accept and go get our rings made up unless she already has them. I am not ready for that at this time

I'd say no and ask them why they have never listened to anything I've ever had to say since I'm against marriage and would absolutely bring it up at some point in the relationship that I'm against it.

If I felt ready to say yes, I'd say yes. It's that simple. I wouldn't mind her proposing me.
The boyfriend says he has no issue with being proposed to by me, just not anytime soon.
If I had a girlfriend, I would be very happy, and I would accept
i really dont know. i know that I'll be silent for a while though.
If we had been dating for a sufficient amount of time and I felt marriage was right for us, I'd go for it.
I would be happy and say yes to her... ! :-) as I would be with someone only if I see a future with them.
I just read that today, being leap year, is the only day girls can propose to their guy in the UK.
What? Why?

Thanks for information :)
It's not the only day women are allowed to propose in the UK, it's just that that is the case according to Irish folklore
I tell her to ask again tomorrow so I could beat her to it the next day
That's my man ;)
@Hollywood-Glam and your are? Lol
Just a random girl commenting on people's opinions, lol.
@Hollywood-Glam fair enough
I would prefer you to ask. I'm old fashioned in that way. If we're on the subject. 😘
Sorry. This one's taken. 😋
@shortandsweet24 <3!<3!
You know when shit gets real and you freeze in fear? I'd do that.

The reason women rarely propose (and rarer still that they get a "yes") is because a woman can't go to her knee without a man going to his zipper...
Hot,... ok? I would accept as long as we were past a year of dating or longer the better.
I would say "No" because I don't want to get married.
Accept it? Lol , I don't have girlfriend at the moment
I'll hold her by her waist and I'll gently tell her to hush and I'll propose myself, by that time I'll definitely will have a proposal in mind.
I would love it.
Show's she's got balls... eerrrhhh metaphorical balls! :) :) which sadly all too many girls lack
Be weirded out, because my girlfriend would know that I never plan on marrying.
It was just a high school fling
Look around for a moment, then point to myself and ask. "Me?"
Say no, and go find a friend to ask for more advice.
