What was the reason you knew that they were “The One”?

That's the thing no matter what it is that you find that makes you feel that they are the one it's just a moment in time it's a beautiful moment but if you are not one with yourself first and you find somebody that you think is the one it will fail there are so many great and beautiful things that people can do to make you feel that they are the one but are they doing it from their heart are they doing it for all the right reasons is it just because they're going to be nice is because they're not selfish is it because they are trying to make themselves look good and they're not being honest there are so many things that I see in people each and every day that I would consider them to be the one but there's a million other things that have to happen to time changes everybody one little thing can change from that person's the one too I want a divorce so you have to be the one first and then that will take care of a lot of things

The one isn’t about fantasy bs. It’s about the person you know you’re going to end up married with. Of course not everyone wants to get married but there are some people who simply found someone they felt the most compatible to and married them.

What if I don't plan on every having a relationship? That would mean I don't have a "the one." If I don't have a"the one" than no one can. 🤷🏻‍♂️ And I'm not the only one out there. The concept of "the one" is made up to make people believe they won't die alone. I'm going to die alone and I'm fine with that.

All my life I had a void. It felt like being homesick. Even if I was home. The moment I met him, I felt at home. My void was gone. We clicked together like two puzzle pieces. And there were so many signs along the way. Our first Christmas together, we sat by the river talking. Then it started to snow on us. Just us. Less then a mile in any direction, there was no snow. We have quite the story. Full of love and pain. It’s been a wild ride. The first night we met, I’ve never seen a shooting star, we saw two. One after the other. We think alike. We always text at the same time. Just randomly. We wouldn’t talk for hours, then I guess we just think of each other at the same time.

I just felt it in my heart. When you know you know. There was not a specific moment but the fact that my now husband always treated me in such special way and always made me feel so desired. He was always there for me and stayed consistent. That meant a lot to me.
