My significant other has an old friend that is never around since we married, never seen her god son play any sports while I have been to multiple of her kids sport events. Publicly on FB attempted to question our marriage, and in my eyes attempted to break my marriage up. 10 years later she's getting married, my wife's in her wedding, and I dnt feel at all

like attending. But am I being unfair to my wife in supporting her? In all honest I'm still upset she calls her a friend. Should I go or no?

If she's in the wedding, you should go to support your wife.

If you choose not to go, you're wife will feel you chose your own resentment over support for her and she won't know if she can always rely on you. In addition to the above, your absence will only reinforce the bride's accusations about your marriage.

I recommend you attend with a big smile on your face and not hide in the background. Let everyone see how much you and your wife are in love.

I'd ask the friend why is she never around
I had a friend who said I was the God mom but never invited me to his baptism. Played me like a fool time and time again but I caught on and was never too bothered for her after the fact. She always took advantage of me. When I confided in her she did her best but her actions NEVER showed the same results. I figured I was just a place holder for her.
