What is your opinion of those that get bitter about others or do you fall into that category?

If I marry the guy I've been talking to as a friend, I might never have to work again beyond a minimum wage Walmart job or a low intensity tutoring job. I was thinking out of the people I went to university with when I was 18, I'm not sure a single one of them would accept me as a friend if they found out I got married and was now a mother or just a house wife who manages somebody else's money and home and family. I have never been somebody who gets jealous of others but I think a lot of others do get jealous of others. I think I'd have a lot of dating options if I was rich with my own business but I'm not sure becoming rich with my own money is important to me at my age. I am getting to the point where I do not want to chase the paper forever.

I respect you chasin your goals and doing you, not worrying too much what others think. That's the real boss move right there, you feel me? Don't matter if you making bank or just ballin on a budget - as long as you happy, that's all that really counts.

As for folks from back in the day, if they gonna trip about you livin your truth and lyin with a good dude who treats you right, then forget em! You don't need that kind of loud negativity in your life, ya feel me?

Do what feels right for you, mama. If hangin up the 9-5 apron and holdin it down at home feels right now, go for it! Ain't no shame in being a wifey - that's real grown woman stuff right there.
