It’s mainly comes down to attraction and the thrill and excitement of getting someone that is unavailable , to be available to them , it’s a challenge to them basically, it usually occurs when someone is in a relationship , that they are no longer happy to be in , they no longer really care about their partner or Love their partner like they use to , the other person feels they will treat them better , than their actual partner can. Sadly this type of shit happens more than we like to think it does. Why so many relationships and marriages fall apart. It mainly stems down to selfishness. Someone that thinks they deserve better than what they already have in front of them , they think someone else will save them and treat them better than their current partner does. They invest their time into this new person , instead of investing their time into their actual partner , they think grass is greener on the other side. Both men and women do this shit to each other. I been the other guy a few times, not realizing I was the other guy , I met attractive girls’ that were pretty much throwing themselves at me and treating me like Gold , lying to me that she was single , when really she wasn’t , I usually found out the truth after we had sex. So again this sort of thing happens more than we want to think it does. We live in a fucked up world with a fucked up society. Every single one of us has selfishness inside of ourselves , if you can not remove selfishness from within yourself? Don’t expect someone else to remove it for you? Do not pursue a relationship with anyone period , stay single and continue living your selfish lifestyle. When you fuck with someone’s heart? You are looking for trouble , and sorry to say , you deserve everything that comes after that , Consequences to your selfish actions. I am far from perfect and I have made mistakes , learning from those mistakes Is what I believe molded me to whom I am today , I been on both sides of the spectrum plenty of times to understand what was causing my previous relationships to fail , it all stems down to Selfishness
