Well, have no fear this holiday season (or any season!), because luckily for you, I am here to (hopefully) give you some insight into what your snookums is dying to get from you this year. So whether you're a guy dating a guy, a girl dating a guy, or anywhere inbetween, read on to find out what to stuff in that stocking to get your santa baby sayin' ho ho ho.

For the stylish boyfriend:

As a veteran gift-giving girlfriend, I love to use gifting holidays as a chance to give my boyfriend mini-makeovers. And to me, this means: Clothes! Now, not all guys will appreciate a cashmere sweater or scarf, but just because a guy doesn't like shopping doesn't mean he doesn't like clothes. A great place to buy quality menswear is Kohl's. This is pretty terrible advice, to be honest.

First of all, picking out a gift for guys is not and never was "way harder". The only time picking out a gift is hard is when you don't know the person and have no idea what their likes are and that's REGARDLESS of gender.

When choosing a gift, you need to take into consideration what the other person may like, not what you dreamt up based on their genitals.

Clothes is by far one of the worst things you can get a guy. Instead of getting to know him and coming up with a unique gift that caters to his likes, you chose to dress him up as a doll to your liking? And you consider yourself to be a "veteran gift-giving girlfriend"? If that title means you give the most boring and gender specific gifts on the planet, then yes, you take all the medals.

And a watch? Did you just dip into the bucket of cliche gifts for men or something?
Your advice will only apply to a very small number of men, because surprise surprise - they're individuals too and would prefer to have a gift chosen for THEM, not their dick. But too many men are nice and pretend like the shite their dumb gf bought them is great, because they don't want to hurt her feelings.

My boyfriend wouldn't want any of those gifts and it would actually cause him concern as to why I turned into a shitty girlfriend, who buys "generic guy stuff" as presents.

When I came here, I expected a well-written article explaining the importance of listening to your significant other, paying attentionto what they say, what they like, so you can choose a gift they will actually like, instead of stuffing it somewhere in a closet and forgetting about it.

If you could refrain from writing the "girlfriend edition", that would be great. :3

From personal experience its also good to buy clothes for your boyfriend ESPECIALLY if he isn't into fashion and what not. Since he usually doesn't really buy any clothes and doesn't know what to buy. My boyfriend was at least very happy when I bought him clothes just because he doesn't know anything fashion ^-^

Though none of these gifts would work for my boyfriend, I think this it a great post; especially for this time of year! Mine is a huge PC gamer with a goal of building his own gaming computer, so I went ahead and bought him a solid-state drive and a power supply from newegg. com , that site is amazing for buying tech.

But anyway, I think this is a good article but I also think most guys would be appreciative of any gift from their girlfriend, it's the thought that counts, after all. I've been known to just make cookies or brownies for a guy I'm dating because in the past, I haven't always had the money to buy anything. Haha! :)

I agree with you on discussion and disagreement part.

For any matter, I can disagree, using polite language and harsh language.

Instead of disagreeing politely, some people used harsh language to disagree, which is 'insulting'. 'insulting' goes against community guidelines, I quoted earlier.

So what I suggest is, people should disagree, but politely (especially with females), we are all friends here and we don't want hostility among fellow members.

I jog and exercise daily, the corded in-ear designs that I use, fall out of ear, every few minutes, while work out. So this design is very suitable, due to being wireless and its ear hooks. 40$ for these is not expensive at all. Very good deal.

Being an automotive enthusiast, I use advanced type dashboard projector and find it pretty useful, as my car speedometer is at the the centre of dashboard (Modified Toyota Yaris). I customized it to show additional info (engine temperature & rpms, over revving buzzer, turbo PSI, oil pressure, fuel level, tire pressure etc). So again a very good recommendation.

The sweater is also very good recommendation and discounted deal, as this type of color compliments almost all skin tones.

I am not a fan of wristwatches at all, so this one is not for me. P. S my wristwatch is lying somewhere under my bed.

Suggestion: also recommend some black long leather coat or jacket for men, in your next edition.

Those gifts suck. A good gift that is fairly inexpensive would be a portable phone charger that doesn't need to be plugged in. That way you can charge anywhere. As far as clothing goes, there are a few type of men... nice dressers which will always wear Polo from Ralph Lauren, a man's man that will wear outdoor stuff like Columbia or carhartt, or the type that wear the skinny pants. You decide which one you have

well this was pretty unhelpful. what if i don't feel like spending 35 dollars on just a sweater? or 40 dollars on earbuds? and what if my boyfriend doesn't wear watches and would hardly use the dashboard projector? these gifts are very vague. not a lot of options. the first 2 are something basic that anyone would have thought of. and the last 2 are something not everyone is into. i dont know.. this was kind of useless for me.
