Do you think these are nice gift ideas?

Girls would you say that lengerie is a good gift idea for a long term partner for birthdays, Valentine's and Christmas?

I'm curious as to what you think as to me it actually seems to be a bit of a selfish gift. As well if a guy buys them he's probably hoping to see her in then and bought them with that in mind.

I personally wouldn't get these as gifts for a partner as I just don't think it's right.

Also would you think it's okay to get her some clothes as a present or if your going on holiday maybe a swimsuit or do you think they fall under the same category as lengerie as a sort of selfish gift.

I wouldn't mind getting lingerie from my man, in fact, I would actually like it. Anything he gets me, I would like, as long as he loved it when he was getting it. OR, if any specific piece of clothing isn’t necessarily something I'd like, but he would love it on me, then I would wear it for him, however he would need to try hard to convince me first lmfao

I can see what you mean a bit, like if a girlfriend bought me some clothes I'm sure if love them and want to wear them especially around her. But I don't know to me it just seems less like a gift with your partner in mind lingerie. A nice dress or stuff like tji I think could be a nice present.

I just can't quite figure out really what clothing would be nice gifts and what would seem or be selfish. As you can guess tho I'm probably a very unusual guy.

hmmm well I think that would depend on your partner... what if they actually love lingerie? then you're getting them something they like, and yes you might enjoy it just as much as well, so that makes it a win-win hahaha

I would say, for me personally, even socks can be a nice gift... hahaha. it's not so much about what it is exactly, it's the thought and the actions and the feelings behind it... that is what makes me really happy and excited.

for some, yes, they might feel like some gifts are more "selfish" than others... so I guess you just need to get to know the person you're buying the gifts for. and if you don't know them well enough, then buying clothes can be super risky, so it could be better to go for something else🙂

Yeah I agree, about needing to know them and that before you do. I've know my best friend like 5 years now and it was only after 4 that I bought her a gift that was clothes. I didn't want to do it before due to not knowing and when I spoke to her I'd said I'd doufn something but wasn't sure on the size she told be what dress size she was so j was able to her a nice jumper she likes.

I guess your right about the win win. But gk me the smile on the person's face and their reaction is all the thanks. And honestly even just a smile is enough but a hug is better tbeh just feel so nice. And so if you can get a partner a present that would mean they hug you that to me is perfect. And I sound like such a sap.
