Neither. It's better to be healthy. People need to stop focusing on fat shaming and skinny shaming and just focus on being healthy! If they want to be slimmer or gain weight then they should do what they need to do. This shouldn't eve be a question on here. Now, the typical answer would probably be "it's better to be skinny" because an overweight person would have more health risks than an underweight person. Either way, skinny doesn't equal anorexia and having more fat than someone else or being labeled as fat doesn't mean you're unhealthy or morbidly obese either. Let us all just love our bodies, stop judging people, and change ourselves to be what makes us feel confident and be healthy.

It's best just to be happy and healthy within yourself. That can look different for different people and that's okay.

Well if you mean being 300 lbs vs being anorexic/bulimic then I would think both is just as Unhealthy
What weighs more? A pound of feathers or a pound of bricks?
Skinnier is probably healthier, as long as it is not bulimic or anorexia induced skinniness.
