Use them all the time to show via chat I love them. Perhaps not with guys doh :) but girls who'm I consider my friends and who'm I love for their friendship (nothing more) I use them all the time. It's a nice sign of appreciation or friendly affection I think.
Well i use them many times, with the people i like and know, but also with strangers like in a flirty comment 😉😘
